EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges if there is any defect in the product. You need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, send us an image of the defective product on [email protected] and we will initiate an exchange. Once you initiate the exchange, we will send you the new product in the next 10 working days after we receive the defective product back. Please bear in mind, that for any order, we will process the exchange request only once. If the size requested by you is not available then you will be given an option to avail Store Credit. At this time we do not accept returns for any other reason.

REFUND POLICY

We give refunds on products which are damaged. After we receive the product, we would take 7-10 working days to refund the money. The mode of refund would be the same as per the payment. All such orders where Payment Method is Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be done through store credits only.
